Every MoroccanSahara piece is handmade in Marrakech from solid brass or copper and built to last for decades. We stand behind our work with the following warranty.
What is covered
- Solid brass and copper body: lifetime. Cracks, leaks through the metal body, or structural failure caused by a defect in materials or workmanship.
- Finish on faucets, showers and sinks: 5 years. Peeling or flaking of lacquered or plated finishes under normal use.
- Wear parts: 1 year. Cartridges, valves, hoses, washers and seals.
What is not covered
- The natural patina of unlacquered brass and copper. It is part of the material’s character, not a defect, and can be polished back to a bright shine at any time.
- Damage from incorrect installation, harsh chemical cleaners, abrasive tools, accidents or misuse.
- Installation and plumber labor costs.
How to make a claim
Contact us with your order number and a few photos of the issue. If it is covered, we will send a replacement part or repair or replace the piece, at no cost to you, including shipping.
The warranty applies to the original buyer and starts on the delivery date. It is in addition to our 30-day returns policy.
