Shipping Policy

Free worldwide express shipping

We offer free express shipping on every order, to the USA, Europe and all other countries we ship to.

How long it takes

• Production: every piece is handmade to order in our Marrakech workshop. Most pieces take a few business days. Larger pieces take longer: sinks about 5 to 7 business days and bathtubs about 2 to 3 weeks. The production time is shown in each product description.
• Shipping: 4 to 8 business days after production, by express shipping.
• Custom sizes or finishes can take longer. We confirm the timing with you before we start.

Delivery can take a little longer in some regions or during customs clearance.
